3PL fulfillment for ecommerce and wholesale.
We store your inventory in Fort Wayne and ship your orders — Shopify, Amazon FBM, Walmart, or a wholesale PO that needs to arrive on a pallet with the right paperwork attached.
What we handle
The job splits into three kinds of work, and most clients end up needing all three as they grow.
Direct-to-consumer parcel
Your customer orders, we pick the units, pack them properly, generate the label and hand it off. Branded packaging and inserts if you supply them.
Wholesale and retail orders
Case picking, pallet building, retailer carton labelling and routing-guide paperwork. Retail chargebacks come from getting these details wrong, so we'd rather ask you twice than guess once.
Kitting, assembly and projects
Building kits and bundles, assembling subscription boxes, relabelling, repacking, building displays, and reworking product that came in wrong.

FAQ
Fulfillment questions
What is a 3PL, in plain terms?
A third-party logistics provider holds your inventory and ships your orders for you. Instead of storing product at home or leasing your own warehouse and hiring your own packers, your stock sits in our building — and when an order comes in from your store, we pick it, pack it and hand it to a carrier.
Which sales channels can you ship for?
Shopify, Amazon FBM, Walmart, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, wholesale and retail purchase orders, and direct orders you send us by spreadsheet. If you sell on several at once, we ship all of them from the same pool of inventory. We don't take on eBay as a standalone channel, though we will ship it where a brand already has it built into their portal.
How do my orders get to you?
Most stores connect through a standard integration so orders flow automatically. Lower-volume or unusual setups can run off a daily file. We'll confirm which route fits your store before you commit to anything.
Is there an order minimum?
We're deliberately open to brands the national networks reject on volume. Ask with your real order count — you may well be fine.
How do I know my inventory count is right?
You're told what arrived at receipt and what went out as it ships, with physical counts on request. And because we're twenty minutes off I-69 rather than three states away, you can come count it yourself.
Can you do kitting, assembly and subscription boxes?
Yes. Assembling kits, building subscription boxes, inserting marketing material and putting together retail displays are all normal work here. They price per project rather than per unit, because the labour varies so much.
What about returns?
We can receive returns, inspect them, and either restock sellable units or set aside what isn't. Tell us the rule you want applied and we'll apply it consistently.
Next step
Tell us what you're shipping.
Send your SKUs, your volume and where it needs to go. You'll get a real quote back from someone who works in the building.
