Amazon FBA prep in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Send it to us — or have your supplier send it straight to us. We receive, inspect, count, label, bag, bundle and ship it into FBA, and you find out what actually showed up instead of guessing.

What's included in a prep run
Prep isn't one task, it's a sequence — and the cheap operators quietly skip the parts that protect you. Here's everything we actually do to a unit between it arriving at our dock and arriving at Amazon's.
- Inbound receiving and check-in against expected quantities
- Opening, inspecting and condition-checking units
- Piece counts, with discrepancies reported the day we find them
- FNSKU label application, plus label removal or covering
- Shrink wrapping where an item needs it, or where you ask for it
- Poly bagging with suffocation warnings where a bag is required
- Bubble wrap and protective packaging for fragile goods
- Bundling, multi-packs and "sold as set" labelling
- Expiration date labelling where required
- Shipment plan creation and the box labels Amazon requires
- Photos for ungating, condition disputes and your records
- Palletising and carrier handoff

What changed in 2026
Amazon stopped prepping, and made getting it wrong expensive.
On 1 January 2026 Amazon ended its own in-house FBA prep and item labelling. On 31 March commingling ended, so resellers must FNSKU-label every single unit. And the inbound defect fee rose from roughly $0.02–0.07 a unit to $0.32–$5.72.
Non-compliant inventory gets refused, returned at your cost, or disposed of — and damage from improper prep isn't reimbursable. The question stopped being "what's the cheapest per-unit rate" and became "who won't get my inventory rejected."

FBA prep questions
What does your FBA prep include?
Receiving and checking in your shipment, opening and inspecting units, counting against your expected quantity, FNSKU labelling, shrink wrapping where an item needs it, poly bagging where a bag is required, bubble wrap and protective packaging, bundling and multi-packs, building the shipment plan and the box labels Amazon requires, and getting it on a truck to the assigned Amazon fulfillment center.
Can my supplier ship directly to you?
Yes, and most of our prep clients do exactly that. Give your supplier our receiving address, we check the goods in, tell you what actually arrived, and prep from there. It saves you a freight leg and means someone lays eyes on the product before Amazon does.
Do you handle wholesale and larger-quantity arbitrage?
Wholesale and private-label volume is our core work, and larger-quantity arbitrage is welcome. What we do not take on is small-quantity arbitrage arriving a few boxes at a time from many sources — that work needs a different kind of operation than ours, and we would do it badly.
Can you take a full truckload or a container?
Yes. Our dock door takes a full semi, live loaded or unloaded, so supplier freight and container landings are normal inbound here rather than something that needs special arrangement.
What about ungating photos and inspection?
We can photograph units, packaging, labels and invoices for ungating and condition disputes. Tell us what Amazon is asking for and we'll shoot it.
What happens if a shipment arrives short or damaged?
You hear about it the day we find it, with a count and photos. We'd rather hand you an uncomfortable number on day one than have Amazon find it later — that version costs you a reimbursement case and several weeks.

Start with a single load rather than your whole catalogue. Cheapest way for both of us to find out whether we're a fit.
