Try us without changing a thing.
Switching prep centers means trusting a stranger with inventory you've already paid for, and updating every distributor you buy from. So don't. Redirect one purchase order, watch what we do with it, and decide after.
The part everyone dreads isn't the prep. It's the switch.
Every seller we talk to has the same two worries, and neither is about price. Will they actually do it right — or will a pallet of your money come back as a reimbursement case. And how much of my week disappears changing ship-to addresses with every distributor I buy from.
Both are reasonable. We've been on your side of that conversation — we sell on Amazon ourselves, and we went looking for a prep partner before we became one. So here is how we take the leap of faith out of it.
- Shipment
- One purchase order redirected to us
- Cost
- First 500 units prepped free
- Changes
- None — keep your current provider running
- Proof
- Photos of every SKU as it was prepped
- Guarantee
- We miss the window or make an error, that run is free
- Commitment
- None until you say so
Five things we do
How we de-risk the first shipment.
Send one shipment. Change nothing else.
Redirect a single purchase order. Your current prep center keeps working, your other distributors carry on as they are, and no bridges get burned. If we're not right for you, you've lost one PO's worth of inconvenience.
The first 500 units are free.
Not discounted — free. A real shipment, prepped properly and shipped into Amazon, at no cost. The only way to know whether a prep center is any good is to watch one work, so we'd rather pay for that than argue about it.
We write the distributor letters.
The admin is the real friction, so we remove it. You get ready-to-send letters with our receiving address and labelling instructions already filled in — one per supplier. Forward them and you're done.
We photograph how every SKU is prepped.
On your first run you get a picture of each SKU as it was actually prepped and packed. You see the work rather than taking our word for it — and that photo becomes the standard we follow on every shipment after.
And if we get it wrong, that shipment is free.
If we miss the 24–48 hour window or make a prep error on your first run, you don't pay for it — however many units it was. The risk of trying a new prep center should sit with the prep center.
The mechanics
What switching actually involves.
Most of the calendar time is waiting on other people. Very little of it is work for you.
A phone call
Your SKUs, your volume, how your goods arrive and how you want them prepped. Twenty minutes. You get a written quote the same day.
One PO comes to us
We send the receiving address and labelling instructions. You redirect a single order. Nothing else in your setup changes.
We prep it and document it
Received, counted, inspected, prepped, photographed, shipped into Amazon — inside 24 to 48 business hours on a typical first run. You see what arrived, what the counts were, and what went out.
You decide
Happy, and we send the distributor letters and move the rest across at whatever pace suits you. Not happy, and nothing more happens — you've paid nothing.
No setup fee
About that onboarding charge you've paid before.
Roughly 41% of prep centers charge a setup fee. The published median is around $87, and several charge $250 to $300 before they touch a single unit.
We don't charge one. Not as a limited-time offer, not waived on condition — we just don't have one. You're welcome to go and check the others.

What you'd actually be switching to
- 24 to 48 business hours on typical shipments. The industry standard is three to five business days. Big or unusually involved runs take longer — we tell you the date before your freight lands, not after.
- We shrink wrap where most prep centers poly bag. It holds tighter, presents better on arrival, and is harder to open and re-close. Same price.
- We're Amazon sellers ourselves. You won't have to explain FNSKU requirements, inbound defect fees, or what a shipment-plan error costs you.
- We're in the same city as Amazon's Fort Wayne fulfillment center. 630,000 square feet, a few miles away.
- You can come and stand in the building. Before you ship us anything. We have never once said no to that.
- No annual contract, no order minimums beyond 750 units a month, and thirty days' notice if you want to leave.
- Standard
- UPS small parcel, outbound daily
- Freight
- LTL available where volume calls for it

FAQ
What people ask before switching
What if my supplier ships to you and something goes wrong?
That is exactly why the first shipment is free and documented. You see photographs of how every SKU was prepped before it leaves us, and if we miss the turnaround or make a prep error on that first run, you pay nothing for it regardless of how many units it was.
Do I have to change my distributor addresses to try you?
No. Redirect one purchase order — that's it. Your current provider keeps running, nothing else changes, and you get a real shipment through us end to end before you commit to anything. If it goes badly you've lost one PO's worth of inconvenience, not a quarter.
How long does a full switch actually take?
The work is mostly on our side. Realistically: a week to get your SKUs and prep preferences documented, then your distributors update the ship-to address on their next order cycle. We give you the letters to send, already filled in. Most of the calendar time is waiting on other people, not on us.
What happens to the inventory sitting at my current prep center?
Leave it there and let it run out. Don't move prepped inventory — it's expensive and there's no reason. New stock comes to us, old stock ships from them, and the changeover happens by itself over a few weeks with nothing sitting idle.
Do I have to buy software?
No. You get a portal to see your inventory, shipments and charges, and it costs you nothing — we pay for it. You authorise the connection once from your own computer and you can revoke it any time from Seller Central.
What if it doesn't work out?
No annual contract, no minimum beyond 750 units a month, and thirty days' notice. Your inventory ships out. We'd rather you leave easily than stay unhappily — a prep center that has to trap clients has a different problem than pricing.
